    Our magnesium is Tylyen®, meaning that it is easily absorbed, kinder to your digestive system and better used by your body.

    Can I take this alongside other products in your range containing Magnesium?

    Yes, you can. Many people don't get enough Magnesium from their daily diets, and women will often require more during and after menstruation in order to replenish lost levels. Those that are particularly physically active should also supplement extra to support muscles and reduce tiredness and fatigue.

    If I take this in the day will I feel drowsy?

    No, Magnesium can be taken any time of day, supporting a sense of equilibrium and reduction in fatigue.

    Can this cause an upset stomach?

    Our Tylyen® formula is gentle on digestion and won’t cause an upset stomach.

    Can I take this if I am looking to conceive or already pregnant/breastfeeding?

    Yes, our Magnesium is safe to use during all those stages.
